Stephen has over 15 years’ experience in theatre and live events. He began his career at The Broadway Theatre, Barking, where he studied and worked for five years as part of the technical team. He then moved to London as a Technical Sales and Hire Advisor with Stage Electrics before returning to Essex to join The Queen’s Theatre, Hornchurch. During his eight years there, he progressed from Theatre Technician to Head of Lighting and Technical Manager. Stephen later moved into London’s West End, serving as Deputy Head of Lighting on Operation Mincemeat and Head of Lighting on SIX the Musical.

Alongside his technical and management work, Stephen is an award-nominated Lighting Designer. His designs span professional theatre productions, interactive installations, and large-scale outdoor light shows, showcasing both creativity and technical precision.

With more than a decade of project management experience, Stephen has produced and delivered a wide variety of events, from sell-out Murder Mystery productions to cabaret nights and immersive theatre. Passionate about the arts in all its forms, he continues to bring innovation, expertise, and leadership to every project he undertakes.
