Charlotte Trower is an Arts Facilitator, Community Producer and trained mindfulness, meditation and sound healing practitioner based in Havering, but also spans across East London & Essex. Combining her artistic practice with holistic approaches, Charlotte creates spaces where under-represented communities can connect and thrive. She is Co-Director of Well Social CIC, which runs a thriving community garden in Dagenham East, blending creativity, wellbeing and connection through nature. Charlotte’s work blends supper clubs, co-created artworks with communities and large-scale participatory projects with organisations such as the National Trust, Havering Arts Council and Mind. A Fine Art graduate, she is passionate about using art and mindfulness to nurture community, inclusion and collective wellbeing.
