Main Stage Performances

Main stage to be hosted by DJ Standard and filled to the brim with Local Artists, Singers, Dancers, Workshops, Musical Theatre, local Performing Arts Schools, Bhangra dance, African drumming… and much more!

Other Performances

Justice in Motion brings us CODE, Autin Dance Theatre will be sharing Zig Zag! … complimented by walk-about acts; TROUPE! and Wattle & Daub, 2 beautician babes on a mission.

Creative Activities

Circus Skills by Infinity Circus, Arts & Crafts, badge making, Graffiti workshops, Thurrock Facepainting, Parents & Baby activities with Bloom & Bond and Artist hang out with Thurrock CAN.

Stalls & Organisations

We will be set up ready to share lots of information on all of our projects happening with Thurrock, such as Make Some Noise, Urban Motion, Bloom & Bond and more…Thurrock Library Services will be present with lots of info on the National Year of Reading. Together Productions will be set up as well as performing on the Main Stage and Nigel Munson will be stopping by in preparation for their Amazing Estuary Show, part of T100 Festival.

FAQs

Food & Refreshments and disposing of rubbish.

There will be external vendors present at the event, available throughout the day. You are also more than welcome to bring a picnic along and set up in the park with us.

We do ask that you dispose of your rubbish responsibly in the bins provided or take it with you when you leave… Lets keep our community spaces clear and tidy so we can continue offering events in clean, safe environments!

Eyes on your little ones!

There is something for everyone at the event but we do politely note that the younger members of your party and children should be supervised. Get Creative in the Park is an Community event open to all. Be sure to enjoy, together.

Parking

Remember to check out your route if you are joining us by car. There is NO access to the park by car and the surrounding area of the park is restricted to Residents Only Parking. Make yourself aware of surrounding Public Car Parks there are multiple near by, a short walk away, all similar in price – some only taking card payments.
