Family Fiesta sessions are a great opportunity to spend some quality time with your little ones, helping them learn and play and all you have to do is turn up and take part!

Stoptober Drop-in Session

We’re starting off our October with a fun drop-in session for families to come along, be creative, spend some quality time together – hosted in our brand new Get Creative Space for the season, in Grays Town Centre.

Our team will have plenty of fun, creative activities to try and alongside the family-friendly session, we’ll have lots of info and resources on offer courtesy of our Breathe Easy project, promoting our creative pathway to a smoke-free life.

The session is FREE to attend and will be open for you to drop in any time between the advertised times, which will be confirmed and released in a jiffy!

What is Stoptober?

Stoptober is an annual public health campaign in the UK that challenges smokers to quit for 28 days during October. Research shows that staying smoke-free for 28 days makes you five times more likely to quit for good.
