Due to popular demand, we’ve added an extra Lantern Making Workshop!

Get creative and be part of something magical with our Light Up Thurrock Lantern Making Workshop. Design and build your very own lantern, ready to shine at the Light Up Thurrock Finale at Coalhouse Fort on 20th March.

Once your lantern is complete, you’ll be invited to take part in the illuminated parade, joining the community as we light the night sky on the journey to Coalhouse Fort. This joyful procession brings art, light and people together, creating a memorable shared experience for all ages.

No previous experience is needed – just bring your imagination and be part of an unforgettable evening of light, creativity and celebration.
