Join us for a calming and insightful workshop introducing the Feldenkrais Method, designed to help parents understand and support their baby’s natural movement and development.

Led by Qualified Feldenkrais Practitioner Marcia Carr, this session offers a gentle, guided exploration of movement — helping you tune into how babies learn to move, grow, and interact with the world around them.

Through simple, mindful activities, you will:
👶 Learn how movement supports your baby’s early development
🤍 Discover ways to respond to and encourage your baby’s natural abilities
🌿 Explore gentle techniques that can support comfort, coordination and ease
💭 Build confidence in understanding your baby’s cues and patterns

As parents, it’s easy to feel pressure to “get things right,” but this workshop offers a different approach — one rooted in curiosity, observation and connection. By slowing down and paying attention, you’ll begin to notice the small but powerful ways your baby is already learning and developing.

The Feldenkrais Method supports both you and your baby by encouraging awareness, variation and ease — helping you feel more confident, connected and responsive in your parenting journey.

Suitable for new parents. No experience needed, just comfortable clothing.
