Arts Outburst is excited to announce a new opportunity for creative professionals to join our team as Urban Artists and Workshop Leaders. We are looking for inspiring facilitators who can lead dynamic sessions in graffiti, parkour, hip hop, music production, or other urban art forms.

The role will focus on delivering high-energy, creative workshops for young people aged 11–18, helping to empower the next generation through art, movement, and self-expression. Sessions will take place on Thursday evenings (7–8.30pm, term-time only) at Arts Outburst Studios, Floor 2, The Thameside, Grays.

We want to hear from artists who can bring not only their skills but also their energy, creativity, and community spirit to our growing programme.

Contract details:

Part-time contract (pro-rata salary £30k–£40k)

Combined arts / creative role
